While the 2007 Drainage Area Management Plan (DAMP) provides a foundation for the Orange County Stormwater Permittees to implement model programs designed to prevent pollutants from entering receiving waters to the maximum extent practicable, the description and detail of how this is being accomplished on a local level is contained in a Local Implementation Plan (LIP). The LIP is designed to work in conjunction with the DAMP and each city and the County have developed a comprehensive LIP that is specific to their jurisdiction. The LIP for the jurisdiction of the County of Orange and the Orange County Flood Control District can be viewed by accessing the links below. To view the LIPs for the various cities of Orange County, please consult their individual city web sites.
