The South OC IRWM Group has worked collaboratively for over a decade, representing one of the longest-running recognized IRWM Regions in the state. A 22-Member Agency Cooperative Agreement provides the requisite governance structure for the Region.

The SOCWMA IRWM Group is proud of investments made in integrated water resource planning, reflected in the 2018 IRWM Plan (scroll down this page to view).
