The County of Orange and municipalities of south Orange County have prepared and submitted to the San Diego Regional Water Quality Control Board on January 30, 2020, a South OC Water Quality Improvement Plan Annual Report, covering progress during the 2018-19 reporting period. The South OC WQIP is a long term (30 year) plan which identifies highest priority water quality conditions and establishes goals, strategies, and schedules for addressing them.
