The Unincorporated Orange County Stormwater Program works to keep pollution out of our flood control channels, creeks, rivers and ocean. The County is regulated by two separate Municipal Stormwater Permits (MS4), issued by the Santa Ana and San Diego Regional Water Quality Control Boards. The following plans and reports provide detailed information for compliance with the two MS4 permits.
